Tracie serves as a consultant to FinTech forward banks, FinTech companies looking to partner with banks, and large multi-national banks. She has also served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to multiple banks and FinTechs, responsible for design, development, implementation, and oversight of important legal and regulatory mandates, working with department and team leaders across these enterprises.

Tracie received her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, Bristol, RI, is admitted to the State of Rhode Island and State of Massachusetts Bar and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) / CAMS®.
